The resort consists of casino, a hotel with 2,561 rooms, convention and exhibition center which is spread over 120,000 sq.m area, shopping malls, a unique art and science museum, two sand theatres, seven celebrity chef restaurants, two floating pavilions. The casino is so big that there are 500 tables arranged and 1600 slot machines are operating. At the top of the complex there is the most amazing feature of the resort, a park which is named Sky Park. This park has the capacity of 3,900 people and an amazing 150m infinity swimming pool. This pool is on the top of the world’s largest cantilevered platform. The designer or architect of the project is Moshe Safdie architects. The engineers were from Arup & Parsons Brinkerhoff. The main contractor of this most amazing project was Ssang Yong Engineering & Construction. Some difficulties like labour shortage, global financial crisis and cost of material delayed the opening of the resort which was planned in 2009.
